Wakka Services proudly offers Cultural Camps that provide a deep, immersive experience for NDIS participants to reconnect with culture, Country, and community. These camps are designed to support personal growth, healing, and identity through meaningful cultural engagement. Participants have the opportunity to learn from Elders, take part in traditional practices, yarning circles, bushwalks, and storytelling sessions, all within a safe and supportive environment.
Our camps are led by experienced Indigenous facilitators who understand the importance of cultural safety and inclusion. Whether it’s connecting to land through ceremony, exploring Dreaming stories, or developing life skills in a group setting, Cultural Camps empower individuals to strengthen their cultural identity, build confidence, and feel a strong sense of belonging.
At Wakka Services, we understand that culture is not just a program — it’s a way of life. Our Cultural Camps are more than just a trip; they are transformative journeys that leave a lasting impact on wellbeing and self-determination.
